How to Stay Warm & Stylish in the final Winter Months…without falling victim to fleece & Ugg footwear

We should take some fashion notes from our fashion friends in blustery London or snowy Norway…now these are particularly difficult climates

I have culled an impressive but short selection of tips that will simultaneously show your stylish side and ward off the winter chill.

#1 Outerwear: I often ask why we all want to look like we are wearing a uniform. The knee-length puffy black coat with fur trimmed hood might be great for a college campus, but where is your individual style lost in the folds? Everybody owns a black coat, so why not stand out with an unexpected outerwear color? How about pink or orange?

#2 If it’s still warm enough to sport a bare leg, add socks to your favorite pair of oxfords for a little extra warmth. Or roll your denim to ankle height and put a little lace or pattern to keep your ankle cozy warm with flair. Lace is always a winter favorite to remind ourselves what’s underneath all those layers.

#3 Layering with an edge is my favorite and is always recommended. Just take the layering trifecta of layered button oxfords, add a splash of denim, crew T’s, and a sweater or replace the sweater with a moto jacket. I also love the addition of a chunky beanie, A beanie may very well be your best friend come winter. Wear it slightly back on your head so your pretty face isn’t hidden and it doesn’t crush your hair style.

Bundle Up with style & flair…live life with Panache! Where Image is our Inspiration…ooolahlah!!!
