After months on the decline, gas prices are headed back up.
On average, they have jumped seven-cents in the last three weeks. That’s the first increase since October.
The average cost of a gallon of regular gas is now $3.32. In Rochester, a gallon of regular gasoline will cost you an average of $3.69.
