The 2013 Special Olympics Winter Games return to Rochester.
Mayor Tom Richards and Monroe County Executive Maggie Brooks were scheduled to be at the Riverside Convention Center Thursday morning to talk about the Special Olympic games which will feature more than 650 athletes but the event has been postponed until further notice.
Competitions include skiing, hockey, snowshoeing and figure skating.
Opening ceremonies are February 22 and the games get underway on February 23.
