Word For The Weekend

PARADOX

[pear-ah-docks]

DEF: (Our only other “Y” word: Yuletide) –> If you had 2 docks on your waterfront property, you could say you have a paradox (kidding!) a statement or proposition that seems self-contradictory or absurd, but in reality expresses a possible truth; any person, thing, or situation exhibiting an apparently contradictory nature. (remind you of anybody running for President?) It also sounds like a medication advertised on the TV! (if, however, you had 2 ducks on your waterfront property, that would be something completely different. That would be a paraducks. Quack!)
