How to claim your prize:
Our offices are open Monday through Friday from 9a to 4pm for prize pickup.
Please note, hours may be different on Holidays.
We are NOT open on weekends for prize pickup.
You must bring a valid photo ID to claim your prize. If you are sending someone to pickup your prize on your behalf, you must send them with a photocopy, or picture of your valid photo ID.
